1. Build Community Safely

Orqestra is for legitimate community participation. Treat people with dignity, respect boundaries, provide accurate information, and use organization, volunteer, event, Marketplace, fundraising, auction, and communication tools only for their intended purposes.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, deceive, impersonate, groom, or endanger another person. Do not distribute spam or malware, evade platform restrictions, manipulate participation or Impact records, facilitate unlawful activity, or seek access to information you do not need.

3. Communicating with Youth Accounts

Youth Accounts may communicate in legitimate volunteer, event, transaction, organization, and support contexts. Adults and organizations must keep those communications appropriate, necessary, and connected to the stated activity.

Do not solicit unnecessary private contact details, move a conversation off-platform to avoid safeguards, request sexual or exploitative content, pressure a Youth user to keep secrets, or otherwise circumvent Youth privacy and eligibility protections. Current messaging controls do not replace adult judgment, organizational safeguarding, or reporting unsafe conduct.

4. Guardian Authorization

Guardian authorization is activity-specific. Do not represent it as ownership or control of the Youth Account, reuse it for an unrelated activity, or use it to seek unrelated participation, message, purchase, Impact, or profile information.

5. Youth Financial Safeguards

Do not help a Youth Account evade restrictions on selling, payouts, Stripe Connected Accounts, donations, fundraiser management, auction bidding, or organization financial administration. Ordinary Marketplace purchases and ordinary event-ticket purchases may remain available.

6. Respect Privacy

Collect and share only information reasonably necessary for the activity. Do not publish or disclose another person’s age eligibility, private Participation, Verification, Impact, safety report, guardian information, health information, or private messages without a lawful and appropriate reason.

7. Report Safety Concerns

Report suspected exploitation, privacy violations, unsafe conduct, crisis or self-harm concerns, and other serious risks through an available reporting or support channel. If a guardian is the alleged risk, say so; automatic guardian notification is suppressed for guardian-as-risk reports.

For immediate danger or a crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services. Orqestra may review reports and take proportionate action but is not an emergency-response service.

8. How We Respond

Orqestra may restrict content or access, preserve relevant records, request information, or refer a matter to an organization, service provider, or authority where appropriate. Context and safety matter, and not every report will lead to the same response.
